Marvin Mage (Rob Schneider) is pursuing his life-long dream of being a super-cop. Marvin however does not look like a strong, intimidating cop; he is actually quite the opposite. Things change to his advantage when he ends up in a car accident and is being saved by a Dr. Wilder (Michael Caton). Scientist Dr. Wilder uses animal parts to revive Marvin, which results in Marvin gaining super powers and physical skills he had only dreamed of. Marvin now earns his respect as a super-cop, but at the same time has to control his animal instincts in order to keep his new found love, Rianna (Colleen Haskall).
