A New York advertising management (Cuba Gooding, Jr.), who is about to land a huge account, has his existence taken aback up when it is identified that he has lied about possessing a university degree. After being fired, his time is further stunned by his nonpayer who had counted on paying him after gigantic deal that was about to happen. Having to go on the run, he is recalled to his southern town origin, when his great aunt dies. At the analysis of the will, he learns he has been asked get the choir in the Gospel Explosion in Atlanta, if he can do this he will become heir to the stock value $150,000. Unluckily the singing group leaves a lot to be preferred and he has to start hiring. Among others, he gets three criminals to join. More prominently, he gets a "sinner" (Beyonce Knowles) from one of the confined night clubs to join. Will he be able to take over his great aunt’s possessions?
